Private Training Sessions

The focus is on building the skills you need for success. Sessions are available in full or half-hour increments.

Home Program Design

Working with you, we target exercises to develop the strength, balance and movement skills identified in the assessment. This exercise program is prepared specifically for your immediate needs. As you improve, we provide follow-ups to reassess and to increase the difficulty of the program.

Re-Evaluate and Systematically Progress

As you build your competence and confidence, we continually reassess your abilities. We increase both the difficulty and complexity of the movements so that you continue to improve and enhance your skills.
