To help you achieve your goals, we offer different workout options to match your schedule, needs and level of fitness.

Private

Our Personal Strength and Movement Training, and our Home Program Design work with you on specific objectives. This exercise program is developed for your immediate needs. As you improve and gain capabilities, we provide follow-ups to increase the difficulty of the program.

Small Group Training Programs

Mostly Moves: This class focuses on the quality of your movement including related strength to enhance competence and confidence

Strength and Movement Training Levels 1, 2, 3: This class is about building integrated strength at a pace and level tailored to your individual needs. You also improve your flexibility and stamina with this well-rounded exercise program.

Fast Trak Option: For some, a six-week all-inclusive program is ideal to get them moving. We start with your movement and metabolic assessments, schedule strength and cardio training sessions and provide nutritional coaching with our licensed registered dietician.
